NanoFrance owns a modern cosmetic processing factory with full production lines to produce all cosmetic dosage forms from: Solutions, emulsions, solids... The production line system at the cosmetic processing factory at NanoFrance can be divided into 3 groups:
1. GMP standard cosmetic jar filling machine system
To produce products in the form of solutions, emulsions, creams, lotions, etc., it is necessary to have a system of equipment for jarring and vacuuming the product. The equipment has 2 main functions:
MIXING : Cosmetics are introduced into the cosmetic homogenizer mixer system, where the ingredients will be mixed and homogenized together.
CREATE SMOOTHNESS : The machine combines vacuum suction, ensuring that the raw materials have high smoothness, no oil separation, no water separation, no foam, semi-finished products achieve the most perfect level before filling.
IMPROVING QUALITY : With an automatic, standard, closed system, ensuring to minimize the phenomenon of product quality being affected by the external environment. Thanks to that, NanoFrance always creates product lines with the highest consistency and quality.
2. Cosmetic processing factory with automatic packaging system
Semi-finished products after reaching the standard will continue to be transferred to the automatic filling and packaging area. Currently, there are many types of product packaging specifications on the market such as: Cosmetics in tubes, Cosmetics in jars, Cosmetics in jars... Each type of packaging requires a specialized equipment system!
2.1. Cream tube filling and closing system
This is a system that combines multiple packaging stages, including:
- Quantifying semi-finished products (quantifying cream, lotion, gel, etc.)
- Pouring semi-finished products into tubes
- Tube forming and tube closing
100% of the steps from quantification - filling - tube packing are completed by automatic machinery system. Thanks to that, production capacity is increased significantly compared to manual method.
2.2. Cream jar filling system
For cream products, they will be prioritized for filling and packaging into jars. Similar to the tube filling system, cream jars are also fully metered and filled automatically.
2.3. Bottling system at NanoFrance cosmetic processing factory
Shower gel bottles, shampoo bottles, cleaning solution bottles, spray bottles… are all filled at the bottling line system. After filling, they will continue to be transferred to a separate bottle capping system for:
- Regular screw cap bottle
- Bottle cap with spray nozzle
- Dropper bottle cap
…
3. Other packaging support equipment systems
For bottle or jar products, after completing the filling step, they will be taken to the automatic labeling area to proceed with labeling the product. After completion, the production staff at NanoFrance will continue to use the canning and shrink-wrapping equipment and finish the packaging step.
