Do you prefer a challenge or safety? – April greeting theme of the NanoFrance office!
The first quarter of 2022 has ended, a quarter of the year has passed, what have we done, what have we changed to achieve the goals set at the beginning of the year? Have you not "started up", have not changed or have you broken through, stepped out of your comfort zone, ready to conquer all difficulties, challenges, conquer goals? "Challenge or safety" - That is also the theme to welcome the new month that NanoFrance office chose!
The line between Safety and Challenge is quite fragile, but not everyone is brave enough to go beyond that line, challenge themselves, and break the limit. To do that, we must DARE: Dare to think, dare to do, and especially need to act.
In the greeting session at the beginning of this month, all employees also shared about their changes in the past time: Accepting challenges, doing things they have never done before, changing to become a better version of themselves.
Change, accepting challenges, and not being satisfied with the comfort zone are also what NanoFrance has been, is, and will continue to do in the future:
