Hello November: Recharge your energy – Work hard!

“A new theme every month – A new goal every month – A new energy every month” – This is the reason why NanoFrance organizes the activity WELCOME TO THE NEW MONTH. To welcome November, NanoFrance employees shared 2 interesting and meaningful topics:

• For office workers: “Pressure at work and how we overcome pressure”
• CBCNV Ha Nam branch: "The value of savings is not more important than the awareness of saving"

This is an opportunity not only to help employees entertain, relax, meet, recharge, and be ready to conquer the challenges of the new month, but also to help each person better understand the working environment and become more attached to the company!

“Pressure at work and how we overcome it” – New month greeting theme of NanoFrance office

“No pressure makes no diamond” but if we cannot overcome the pressure, we will be eliminated by the working environment. With this meaningful topic, our colleagues at the Hanoi office also gave some opinions:

“Although I am not directly involved in the production process, I work directly with customers, supervise orders… so sales staff have to endure pressure from many sides: customers, bosses, factories… No matter what the pressure is, I can still overcome it” – Mr. Son, in charge of the sales department shared.

Another opinion was given by Ms. Hanh - another sales staff:

“If I encounter a problem or feel pressure, I will first find a way to solve it. If I cannot solve it, I will ask for suggestions from my superiors or colleagues. Whenever I feel stressed, I will listen to music to relax.”

Head of design, Ms. Lan has some thoughts:

“The thing that stresses me the most is age. If I don’t improve my qualifications, skills, and design thinking, I could be surpassed by the younger generation. When I feel pressured, I will seek out physical activities and play sports.”

“Every problem can be solved if we have a good spirit. Pressure is motivation. When we overcome pressure, we will be more confident about ourselves” – Mr. Quynh, design department, expressed his opinion.

Mr. Tinh - Deputy Director of NanoFrance also gave his "final" opinion about pressure at work:

“When building NanoFrance, I only had concerns about: Products – Fear that customers will not be able to use good products, Fear that those who follow me will not have a good life, Fear of changing the market mechanism. The more difficulties I encounter, the more I like it. If the problem cannot be solved, we will temporarily put it aside and find our own way to deal with stress. When we have a solution, we will come back to deal with the problem.” 

Through the above sharing, we see that: Everyone has pressure at work. To overcome pressure, we must maintain: a good spirit, unsolvable problems can be shared or asked for suggestions from others, should find a source of entertainment to reduce pressure.

“The value of saving is not more important than the consciousness of saving” – The consciousness is really important!

CBCNV at the Ha Nam branch of NanoFrance brought up a thought-provoking topic: “Saving”. What is saving? How to SAVE without WASTING? Saving does not mean stingy or petty. The concept between these two nouns has been given:

SAVING: Is knowing how to use your own and others' wealth, materials, time, and energy appropriately and appropriately.
WASTE: Are activities that waste resources without creating value for the business.

In summary, with NanoFrance we have the following definition of savings: Saving is saving on:

• Water
• Stationery
• Raw materials
• Inventory
• Time
• Labor
• Information

Saving is not just a thought, a slogan, but also an action and a long-term action, a consistent action. Saving is not only done by an individual, but by the consensus of all members of Nano. A small action but has great meaning in terms of awareness and thinking. Let's make NanoFrance not only a workplace but also a family, a place where all employees are attached.
