Onboarding Training – An opportunity for new employees to master the NANO SPIRIT!
Most Vietnamese companies today do not focus on integration training, but with Nano:
If you want employees to stay with the company for a long time, they need to “share the same heartbeat, actions, and thoughts”. To do that, new employees must understand correctly, clearly, and correctly the spirit and vision of the company.
That is why NanoFrance always focuses on organizing integration training sessions for new employees! This can also be considered a periodic activity when there is a change in personnel.
In addition to the purpose of long-term commitment to employees, the training session is also an opportunity to help new employees fully grasp information about the company, regulations, and operating mechanisms, thereby being able to integrate faster and better in a completely new working environment!
Integration training session at NanoFance factory
Integration training sessions are usually held from the 1st to the 10th of every month at the NanoFrance factory located in Dong Van IV Industrial Park, Kim Bang, Ha Nam.
Five minutes before the sharing session, all new employees were present. Everyone got to know each other and was excited about this integration training session!

The most basic information about the company
As a NanoFrance employee, you are required to know and understand the most basic information about the company:

- Business sector
- Factory
- Core values - Vision and mission
- Company departments and divisions

Rules and mechanisms
Correctly and fully understanding the regulations, salary and bonus mechanisms, insurance contributions, leave... is both an obligation, a responsibility and a right of all NanoFrance employees.
The company always focuses on accuracy, honesty, seriousness, and truthfulness, so NanoFrance expects employees to strictly comply with these regulations. In addition, the interests of employees are also put first, so the company always focuses on: Health check-ups, spiritual life, and material life of all employees.

Kaizen: Employees contribute ideas – Company and employees develop together
“Your little initiative is the growth of NanoFrance” – The main purpose that made the company initiate the Kaizen Idea movement. Employees are given suggestions about the environment, work processes… to improve and change together.
During the training session, not only the company representative spoke but also the employees were encouraged to share and express their opinions and thoughts, thereby helping everyone understand each other better.
Before the end, all employees were given a small test to assess their understanding of Nano. Among the new employees of NanoFrance in November, many achieved a score of 95/100. This proves that the integration training was a success!
Through this training, NanoFrance wants to promote the value and importance of employees - the most valuable asset. We wish all of you will integrate quickly and together bring the Nano family to new heights!
