NanoFrance Football Tournament 2021 – United for success!

Continuing the previous tradition of NanoFrance, the NanoFrance Trade Union Football Tournament was held on 20 November. The theme of this year's football tournament:

Nano Union – Unite for success!

Development orientation of Nano's Board of Directors: "The company is not just a workplace, turn it into a family". For that reason, the company not only fully meets the material needs but also always values ​​the spiritual life of all employees. Some activities organized annually include: sports festival, March 8, October 20, November 19, etc. 

The football activities were planned and prepared by the Union Board long in advance in terms of ideas, props, and people with the desire to bring a truly grand and special event.

NanoFrance football action is officially underway!

The first match was between the two women's teams, Office and Production. As the defending champions, the Production women's team demonstrated their physical strength and height from the start. To prepare for this year's Union Football Tournament, the Production team prepared the strongest squad and practiced half a month in advance.

Many opportunities were created but were successfully blocked by the goalkeepers of both teams. The match was a stalemate until near the end of the first half, when the office women's team scored. The score was now 1-0 in favor of the office team.

In the second half, the production women's team changed their tactics and stepped up their attacks. Despite their good playing style, good physical strength and smart tactics, luck still did not smile on the defending champions as many scoring opportunities were successfully blocked by the office women's team's goalkeeper. During the second half, no more goals were scored. The office women's team won with a score of 1-0.

The failure of the production women's team is the motivation for the men's team to be determined to maintain their 2020 season trophy. Both the office and production men's teams brought their strongest lineups. In particular, in the office team, there was the appearance of the Board of Directors. This further proves that this is an impressive football tournament, the most anticipated event of 2021.

As soon as the whistle blew to start the match, both teams entered the game with the highest spirit and determination. For the office men’s football team, it was the determination to win the cup that “never belonged to them”. For the production men’s team, it was the determination to defend the “traditional” championship and fight on behalf of the women’s football team.

With great determination, the office men's team took the lead with a score of 1-0. But after only 5 minutes, the score was leveled at 1-1. Immediately after that, the office men's team changed the game when they made the opponent's net shake twice in a row, raising the score to 3-1. This was also the end of the first half of the match.

Entering the second half, the match became more dramatic than ever when the production team raised their determination, while the office team became weaker as they were exhausted. As expected, the production team leveled the score 3-3. This was also the final result, the two teams entered the penalty shootout.

After 5 penalty shootouts, the score between the two teams was still balanced (both teams missed 1 penalty). Therefore, both teams entered the final penalty shootout. The office men's soccer team succeeded, becoming the new owner of the championship cup and breaking the previous soccer tradition.

Thus, this year, both the men's and women's football teams of the office block have had a spectacular change. For the first time in the history of the NanoFrance Union football tournament, the men's and women's football teams of the office block have won.

Sharing – Unity creates the strength of NanoFrance!

Although the main activity of the program is the football tournament, the highlight and most impressive point is the sharing activity - Giving gifts to employees in especially difficult circumstances.

This year, NanoFrance Union presented 2 gifts worth 3,000,000 VND to 2 employees with especially difficult circumstances working at the Level 2 Packaging Team and the Industrial Cleaning Team.

NanoFrance's slogan: "Feeling from the smallest things". The company wants to emphasize that customers coming to Nano not only receive satisfaction from the smallest things, but also employees are cared for and looked after from the smallest things. It is the smallest things, this simple care and sharing that makes us understand each other better and more connected. This is also the foundation for building a strong collective that can walk together to overcome all difficulties and obstacles.

Through this football activity, the management board hopes to not only bring a healthy and fun playground, helping to dispel fatigue during work, but also an opportunity to help all employees connect and understand each other better. Once again, thank you to the Trade Union - the unit that organized the Football Tournament for bringing all the women a truly meaningful event!
