Periodic health check-ups and corporate social responsibility

In the world as well as in Vietnam, the issue of workers' health is regulated in a separate set of laws and protected by law. Because workers' health is one of the factors that determine the quality and productivity of the enterprise.

The Vietnamese government has closely directed the issue of periodic health examinations for officials and employees in Circular No. 14/2013/TT-BYT dated May 6, 2013 of the Ministry of Health. According to the provisions of this circular, agencies and enterprises are responsible for conducting periodic health examinations for employees at least once a year and once every 6 months for arduous, toxic, and dangerous jobs and occupations.

Implementing the annual plan for occupational safety and taking care of the lives and health of employees. On March 31, 2018, Nanofrance Company cooperated with MEDLATEC General Hospital to organize periodic health check-ups for employees of the entire company.

This is one of the annual activities of NANOFRANCE, demonstrating the Board of Directors' concern for the lives and health of its members, and is also a highlight in the activities of building corporate culture at the facility.

During this health check, workers are examined for their current overall health status, to have a plan to care for, maintain, protect and improve the health of each person, and at the same time to promptly detect individual diseases for early treatment. Specifically, workers are examined for general health, individual specialist examination, ultrasound, blood analysis test... and multidisciplinary consultation by doctors of MEDLATEC General Hospital directly with a system of machinery and medical equipment that is full and modern, leading today.
