“CREATE NANO WARRIOR” – FUN AND USEFUL SUMMER TRAINING PROGRAM 2024

With the goal of creating a new Nano person full of energy, enthusiasm and desire to strive and make efforts for the common goals of the Company and for the development of each individual. We - members of the NanoFrance Ecosystem have together gone through 2 days of training full of emotions and new experiences.
The joy seemed to burst when we surpassed ourselves and won each competition with our teammates. And there were also regrets, tears that fell when we realized that we had not fulfilled our responsibilities and duties to our loved ones as well as times when we had not really tried our best at work. Or simply we were happy because we had another opportunity to share and understand more about our colleagues.
Above all, we received a lot of values ​​and lessons from this trip. That is the team spirit, the solidarity, the efforts for the common goal. In an organization, each individual has different strengths and weaknesses. Each individual's job is to trust the leader and make every effort for the common goal. The leader's job is to find the right goal and path and accompany and create conditions for each member to promote their own strengths, contributing to the completion of the set goals. Therefore, if you want to go fast, go alone, but if you want to go far, go together.
"Differentiate - excel - develop" is the goal that the Board of Directors - our leader has set. And we believe that with the values ​​and positive energy received on this trip, we will have strong changes in thinking and action to contribute to creating an increasingly developed and strong NanoFrance!
