NanoFrance welcomes January: Work hard – Conquer 2022!
Closing a successful 2021, welcoming a challenging 2022 ahead, NanoFrance organized a program to welcome January - the first month of the new year. The theme chosen to welcome the first month of 2022 was EFFORT.
So what is effort? There are many people who give different concepts of “effort”, such as: Effort is understood similarly to trying but at a stronger level. It can also be understood as hard work, dedication, trying one’s best to complete a task or request despite difficulties or obstacles.
On this topic, NanoFrance employees also have some different opinions:
“Effort is a continuous process over a long period of time” – Deputy Director Nguyen Ngoc Tinh.
“For me, striving is becoming a better version of myself every day” – Mr. Son, sales staff.
“Effort is a process and the nature of effort is that we overcome ourselves” – Director Pham Dinh Tuan
Several other opinions were also given, but all shared the same view: Effort will help us overcome pressure, overcome all difficulties and challenges.
Why choose EFFORT as the opening theme of 2022? Closing a successful 2021, the company's Board of Directors has set a bigger goal for 2022 on:
- Higher sales
- Improvements in speed
- Change in working mindset, management mindset
This has posed a greater challenge for all NanoFrance employees. To conquer these difficult goals, everyone needs to make every effort, using 200% of their strength. Therefore, EFFORT was chosen as the theme to welcome the first new month of 2022.
However, with the Board of Directors, during the process, every member of NanoFrance needs to do their best before the effort process. That means: When starting a job, “exploit” all of your abilities. In case of “limited ability”, within your ability, you cannot complete the job, try and try. “Effort” should only appear when our ability does not meet the requirements.
In this New Month meeting of 2022, the Board of Directors and all employees at the Hanoi office shared stories of the past year and development orientation in the coming time. This is also a special opportunity for everyone to listen to each other's thoughts and understand each other better.
