Vietnamese Women's Day October 20 is a special annual holiday solemnly celebrated in state agencies, organizations, businesses, collectives, etc. This is the country's recognition and honor of Vietnamese women who are capable, good at both national and family affairs and have a kind heart.

On the afternoon of October 20, 2021, Nano France Company organized a program to honor and express gratitude to female employees working at the Company. A cozy party, full of laughter for the "main" characters on this important holiday.

In addition to the dessert party, the Company also organized a contest called “ Ao Dai Charm ”, some games and music programs to bring laughter to everyone.

Contest "Graceful Nano Ao Dai "

After the opening ceremony, the “ Graceful Nano Ao Dai ” contest officially began. This contest was organized very elaborately, with 5 teams: “ Smooth”, “Happy memories”, “Gentle”, “Curves”, “Oh my God! So beautiful ”.

Each team consists of 6 people, 3 men and 3 women, paired together and each person will choose for themselves the most beautiful ao dai, most suitable for themselves, with a certain meaning to perform and tell their story through the chosen ao dai.

It can be said that the Ao Dai is a unique cultural product imbued with national identity, a symbol of Vietnamese women, a pride of the Vietnamese people, because not every nation has a costume that is both discreet, graceful and sexy like that. With this performance, the Company wishes to honor the values ​​and beauty of women. At the same time, encourage the creativity of all employees in the company, helping everyone better understand the meaning of the Ao Dai.

The “ Smooth ” Team – Administrative Team, Level D, Material Planning impresses with its “fat”, smooth beauty. Whether you are tall or short; fat or thin, plump; black or white… but when wearing the Ao Dai, the dress still helps you show off the smooth, graceful curves of your body, making anyone who sees it fall in love.

Through this, the team wants everyone to understand more about the changes of Ao Dai through each period, and at the same time emphasize that no matter what the circumstances are, Vietnamese women are always most beautiful when wearing the national costume!

True to its name, the “ Dam Tham ” team brings a gentle beauty, not dazzling. The team brings a different message about the beauty in the ao dai: Beauty goes hand in hand with virtue – Beauty is nailed to beauty.

Different from the gentle beauty, the " Curve " team honors the figure, the elegant and graceful beauty of women. Looking at women showing off their beauty and grace in flowing ao dai will surely make the other person fascinated and infatuated.

Each team brought their own style and message. Every team received a lot of love from the audience, but there was one team that received a little more love, and that was the “ Mụt muông Mát ” team with a total of nearly 80 votes. This was the team that received the overall victory in the Ao Dai Charm contest this year.
