NanoFrance organizes workshop: “Summary of 2021 and Strategic Planning for 2022”

On the afternoon of December 26, 2021, NanoFrance successfully organized the workshop: "Summary of 2021 and Strategic Planning for 2022" at Flamigo Dai Lai (Vinh Phuc). This workshop is considered an opportunity to both SUMMARY and PLAN: Summarize the achievements, problems, shortcomings in 2021 and provide orientations and strategies for 2022.

The ceremony was attended by the Board of Directors as well as all department heads and deputy heads, and excellent employees - key staff contributing to the current development and success of NanoFrance.

The Covid pandemic broke out in 2020, but perhaps 2021 is the year most heavily affected: social distancing, reduced income, tightened consumption... Facing such a difficult year 2021, NanoFrance has successfully overcome and achieved remarkable milestones during its nearly 7 years of establishment.

Speaking at the seminar, Deputy Director Pham Tuan Anh commented that NanoFrance is currently in the innovation phase: “Any company needs to go through the stages of Survival – Standardization – Optimization – Automation. NanoFrance is currently at the end of the standardization phase, preparing to enter the optimization phase, this can be called the innovation phase”. Mr. Pham Tuan Anh also set a goal for the coming time, it is necessary to change management thinking, change the way of working. Management is knowing how to train, assign work and supervise employees.

If Mr. Pham Tuan Anh's goal for the management level is to change the mindset, Deputy Director Nguyen Ngoc Tinh - Directly in charge of the business sector, gives a common goal for all NanoFrance employees in 2022: SPEED.

In 2021, NanoFrance did well in terms of speed, but in 2022, everyone at NanoFrance needs to do better. The “speed” that Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tinh wants to emphasize is: Speed ​​in researching and developing new products, speed in catching up with market development trends... The products created must meet all the following factors: earliest, different, quality and suitable.

SPEED – IMPROVEMENT – INNOVATION

This is also what NanoFrance has always aimed for during its establishment, however, in 2022, this factor will be pushed higher. From processes, equipment, technology, people all need to change. Each employee of NanoFrance must upgrade themselves to suit this change of NanoFrance.

Mr. Pham Dinh Tuan also brought a very clear concept of the VALUE OF A PERSON. The value of each of us is calculated by: Duty/Right. We live with value when "Right < Duty", which means: Always contribute without asking for anything in return.
