On October 11, 2022, Nanofrance High-Tech DP Production Co., Ltd. cooperated with Cao Hoa Hong Medical Clinic to organize annual health check-ups for all employees in the system.

The importance of regular health check-ups

Nanofrance always considers human resources as the most important asset, so the Board of Directors pays great attention to and organizes periodic health check-ups for employees. Annual health check-ups not only help employees proactively monitor their health status, detect early, and take timely and effective preventive and treatment measures. Moreover, through this activity, it also helps to assess the correlation between health and job requirements. From there, the Company's Board of Directors makes reasonable adjustment policies to ensure the benefits for employees and the development of the Company.

Another issue of concern is the post-Covid aftermath. Our world has been experiencing both economic and human health losses after the pandemic. Therefore, in order to have an early approach to diseases caused by post-Covid 19 for workers, the Company's Board of Directors has directed the rapid implementation and organization of a health check-up program, helping workers proactively grasp their health status.

Understanding the importance of periodic health check-ups in caring for and protecting the health of employees, in early October 2022, Nanofrance coordinated with Y Cao Hoa Hong General Clinic to organize periodic health check-ups for all employees.

Organize health check-ups in accordance with Circular No. 14 of the Ministry of Health

During this periodic health check-up, all employees were examined by a team of highly skilled doctors and nurses at Cao Hoa Hong Clinic, with modern equipment, including: Physical examination (height, weight, pulse, blood pressure, etc.), clinical examination (internal medicine, eyes, ear, nose and throat, maxillofacial, dermatology), paraclinical examination, medical history, blood biochemistry, ultrasound, general X-ray, etc.

Through the health check, employees know their health status, diseases and potential signs of disease so that they can adjust their diet and lifestyle accordingly, maintain their health and have timely treatment plans for those with diseases.

The examination results are compiled and classified by medical staff, based on which the doctor provides specific advice to each employee.
