NanoFrance organizes 2022 year-end party: "Tet of gratitude - Spring as desired"
On the morning of January 13, NanoFrance organized the 2022 Year-end program with the theme "Tet of gratitude - Spring opening as desired". The event had the participation of more than 500 employees of the entire NanoFrance Ecosystem along with the company's customers and partners.
This is a special event for NanoFrance to look back on 2022 and look forward to the new year with new goals. From early on, NanoFrance employees were present at the hall very early, taking souvenir photos to record the moments of the Year End Party event. After taking souvenir photos, the Organizing Committee will support employees to print and take photos directly at their desks - This is a special feature of NanoFrance's 2022 year-end event.
NanoFrance honors individuals and groups that made a big impact in 2022
As in previous years, NanoFrance also gave special gifts to thank individuals and groups who have made great contributions to the development of the Company in the past year. Among them are: 4 most outstanding individuals and 2 outstanding groups with creative kaizens, highly applicable and innovative, helping to improve production activities and enhance product quality.
In addition to giving cash and medals to individuals who have made the most significant mark in 2022, the Board of Directors also decided to give gifts to the families of these outstanding individuals. This change comes from NanoFrance's realization that: Behind an outstanding individual who is "burning" himself out at work is a solid "rear" which is his family.
