Teamwork – NanoFrance staff's first greeting topic for December!

As scheduled, on December 1st, NanoFrance organized a monthly welcome activity for all employees. The theme for the last month of 2021 is TEAMWORK.

“If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.” – This is one of the philosophies of life that everyone needs to know. For businesses, if there is a spirit of solidarity and good team spirit, the business can go far. “Teamwork” is a truly meaningful topic and worth everyone’s contemplation.

We have heard a lot about the effects of “more heads than more heads” such as: Increasing work efficiency; Encouraging individual development and creativity; Improving work spirit; Strengthening relationships; Creating flexibility in work; Developing problem-solving skills; Developing each individual's career...

However, in this program, instead of talking about benefits, NanoFrance employees focused on the issue: How to build team spirit. Everyone agreed that to build Teamwork, both sides need to make efforts:

On the employee side

For each individual, there are 3 factors needed: LISTENING – OPENNESS – CONSCIOUSNESS. Specifically:

→ Be open and honest in sharing ideas

→ Listen to other people's feedback and respond with a positive, open-minded attitude.

→ Put aside the ego to work towards the common good

→ Have a sense of responsibility for work: Each person must be responsible for the work assigned to them in front of the group so as not to affect the work of others.

The above aspects cannot be changed in a short time, but with awareness and effort, each person will certainly form the highest Teamwork spirit.

On the team leader's side

From the perspective of a leader, the team leader also needs to connect, create conditions for members to express their personal opinions, and encourage everyone to develop. However, there is NO specific "formula" for how to build a Teamwork spirit. Each person, each circumstance, each working condition, each situation will have a different way of handling it.

At the end of the sharing session, all employees at the office "practiced" the ability to understand teammates through the game: TAM SAO THAT BAN.
