Experience 3 days 2 nights of explosive emotions in Sam Son for all NanoFrance employees!
On June 26, 2022, all employees had an emotional 3-day, 2-night trip to Sam Son beach, Thanh Hoa. This is one of the company's annual activities.
During this trip, all employees experienced many memorable activities such as: Participating in Team Building; Interacting with speakers - Soft skills training; Participating in the Gala Dinner program.
The hot summer sun makes the members of the NanoFrance family more "hot" and "burning" than ever. Everyone tries their best to win the Team Building competitions.

During the morning of the second day of the journey, there was an exchange activity with speaker Ngo Hoang Minh and soft skills training on "Changing thinking".
At the training session, a lot of useful knowledge was shared by the speaker:
“To be successful, you need to GAIN more than you need to GIVE. “GAIN” here means to learn. When you meet someone, learn from their strengths, gain more knowledge to improve your understanding, and affirm your own value.”
“In the process of working, follow the process. Doing work sequentially and following the correct process will help you save time, work accurately and is one of the “forms of salary increase”.
In the evening of the same day, the Gala Dinner program took place in parallel with the “Nano Got Talent” competition. All 3 teams: Hanoi Office Block, Ha Nam Office Block, and Production Block had very exciting performances.
With the same score from the judges: 28 points, all 3 teams entered the voting round from the audience. Final result: The mashup performance of the Ha Nam office block won - This is a completely worthy result for the effort, creativity and investment of this team!
On the morning of the 3rd day, everyone is free to explore the landscapes, life, cuisine, and people in Sam Son. This is also the last activity in the Sam Son 2022 tour.
This annual trip is a special occasion for all employees to “relax” after a series of hard working days. Through this activity, the Board of Directors also hopes that the NanoFrance family will become more connected and closer together.
