HANOI OFFICE DEPLOYS "WELCOME NEW WEEK" ACTIVITY
With the spirit of "everyone can express their opinions and everyone can be heard", Nanofrance's leadership decided to organize the "Welcome the new week" activity every Monday morning to promptly support employees with any problems that arise in their work.
The first “Hello New Week” program took place on June 29, with a structure of 3 parts: Boss speaks – Employees speak – Listening together. “Boss speaks” is the part for Nanofrance’s leadership to share with employees the orientations for a more effective new work week. The difficulties, problems or initiatives of employees will be raised in the “Employees speak” part.
Different from the two parts above, “Listening Together” will be a part with more flexible content and more diverse forms of expression. In this part, both the leadership and employees can watch and learn from useful video clips, or participate in interactions in mini games with content related to expertise and activities revolving around the unit's business field.
In the “Listen Together” section last week, when the communications department shared a clip about arranging the office according to the 5S principle (Sort – Arrange – Clean – Standardize – Prepare), it attracted the attention of employees. Some members watched and took detailed notes to apply to improve the office more scientifically and reasonably.
After the first pilot program, the communications department will continue to create more “Hello New Week” issues with more diverse content. Hopefully, “Hello New Week” will become an activity to warm up the work week that is awaited and positively responded to by employees at VPHN.
