NANOFRANCE ORGANIZES PERIODIC HEALTH CHECK-UPS FOR STAFF IN THE ENTIRE SYSTEM
On July 24, Nanofrance High-Tech DP Co., Ltd. cooperated with My Duc District General Hospital to organize periodic health check-ups for employees of the entire system.
The health of employees is the precious asset of every enterprise. Understanding this, Nanofrance's leadership always focuses on periodic health check-ups for employees. Once a year, employees across the system are given a general health check-up, physical examination, nose and throat examination, chest X-ray and abdominal ultrasound. 
Regular health check-ups help employees detect early signs of abnormalities in the body and promptly apply appropriate treatment methods to prevent illness. Stable health of employees is not only a matter of happiness for them personally but also determines the productivity of the entire enterprise. Therefore, regular health check-ups are considered by Nanofrance's leadership as a key task to maintain the sustainable development of the enterprise.
The examination results are stored fully and scientifically each year for monitoring throughout the employee's working process at the company. Regular health check-ups will help employees feel secure in their work and contribute long-term to the unit.
In addition to examining each employee, on July 24, department heads were also trained in first aid at the workplace to improve health care for employees. Nannofrance's leadership will continue to maintain and organize the health care of all employees throughout the system.
