ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE RESULTS OF THE CONTEST "BEAUTIFUL AND CREATIVE ROOM DECORATION" OF NANOFRANCE COMPANY

The office decoration contest to welcome Christmas called "Creative and beautiful room decoration contest" has found 2 champion teams of Hanoi Office and Factory Office.

Nanofrance Company's employees actively responded to the Christmas room decoration contest

After nearly 1 month of taking place, the Organizing Committee has received positive responses from all employees. All departments have their own unique ideas, creative implementation methods, and received positive feedback from the entire Nanofrance family.
All entries received likes, along with high praise from the Board of Judges, colleagues and friends.

Competition scoring criteria

The contest is organized and scored in various forms and must be fair:
With a score of 100, divided into 2 parts.

+ 50% of the score is decided by the Board of Directors and graded according to 3 criteria

Creativity: 15 point scale
Harmony: 15 point scale
Unique: 20 point scale
Jury's scoring time on the morning of December 24, 2020

+ The remaining 50% are votes or likes from the teams in the workshop.

The media team created a poll for people to vote for their favorite room in the poll.
Voting ends before 2:00 p.m. on December 24, 2020
Finally, the results between the jury and the vote were summarized and the awards were presented on the afternoon of December 24, 2020.

With these two scoring methods, the teams will need to interact with everyone a lot and come up with new strategies to increase the number of votes for their team. Therefore, the competition becomes more dramatic and attractive. All teams must closely monitor their team's votes and constantly call for votes for their team. This
activity is really meaningful because it has created cohesion and consensus among all ACE of Nanofrance company. This is also a useful playground that helps build the company's feedback culture and is also an entertainment channel to help everyone relieve stress for the final days of the year.

At 2:00 p.m. on December 24, 2020, the Organizing Committee compiled the voting scores and judged the contest.

FOR FACTORY OFFICE BLOCK

RD Room: Total score 94, including 50 votes + 44 judges' points
Planning Department: Total score 89, including 45 voting points + 44 judging panel points
QA Department: Total 80.6, including 40 votes + 40.6 judges
Human Resources Department: Total 75.6, including 35 votes + 40.6 judges
QC Department: Total 68, including 25 votes + 43 judges' points
Accounting Department: Total score 66.6 points including 30 voting points + 36.6 jury points

TEAMS IN HANOI OFFICE

Design Department: Total 100 points, including 50 points for voting + 50 points for judges
Sales Department: Total 90 points, including 45 points from votes + 45 points from judges
General Department: Total 89 points, including 40 points from votes + 49 points from judges

So looking at the results above, we can immediately find the 2 winning teams in this competition:

RD room under the factory
Design Department in Hanoi office.

The competition prizes were presented to the teams, to the congratulations of everyone.

The company's board of directors awarded first prize to the Design Team.

The company's leadership awarded first prize to the R&D Team.

The beautiful and creative room decoration contest to welcome Christmas 2020 of Nanofrance Company officially ended, bringing many sweet emotions to the hearts of Nanofrance members.

Hopefully the program is a great bridge to help connect members of the Nanofrance Family, to LOVE, RESPECT, TRUST and SHARE together, to build the Nanofrance Common House to grow more and more.
