With that meaning and role, the first Integration Training Program for new members of the Company was deployed on May 12, 2021.

Right from the initial recruitment work, the human resources department of Nanofrance has developed appropriate strategies for the later integration training work. On May 12, 2021, the new staff participated in a training and integration class organized by the HR department. Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan Anh, a human resources specialist, directly taught the class. With many years of experience working in the field of human resources, she brought interesting and easy-to-understand shares to everyone.
Nanofrance's new employee training process greatly determines the employee's productivity as well as their trust and confidence in the company. Opening the training session, Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan Anh gave an overview of the Company and its culture. The next part is the labor regulations, related regulations, processes and regulations. In particular, the regulations on salary, bonus, allowances and business expenses are of interest to most employees. The information is sent to everyone in a complete and easy-to-understand manner. During the training process, images and illustrative examples are always interwoven for everyone to see and follow.
