The course to improve production planning skills for staff of the Company's units was held in March 2021. During the 3-day training, from March 21, 2021 to March 24, 2021, staff were fully informed of production knowledge. From an overview of production to the content of goals, profits and output. In addition, it also goes into detail about production content and output planning. From there, it is directly applied to production and production planning.

After more than a month, apply the knowledge gained in training to the production process. All students participating in the course build for themselves a production plan or a suitable quality assessment table. At the same time, that plan is presented to the company's board of directors and all managers for discussion and evaluation to put into practice. This is also the priority option if suitable for putting into production.

“These post-course review reports are really useful. They help me summarize what I have learned and apply it to my own work and to the company's remaining issues such as waste, quality improvement, and risk assessment,” Ms. Nguyen Thi Bay shared.

“In the harvest report, we will understand more deeply and in more detail, and visualize more clearly the concepts of what production planning is and what quality is. What we understand will be understood more deeply, and what we do not understand will be answered by the director and colleagues to help us understand.”

“A post-training evaluation session like this is very useful. Through everyone's reflections, we can see the current problems of the company. Apply the knowledge learned to production. In addition, the evaluation session also has very good questions that everyone has not understood and they are all answered" according to Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong - QC Department

Besides the positive feedback, there are some comments about the training session:

“Due to the lack of time, many issues are still open, many students have not yet reported their achievements. That is a pity” shared by Ms. Nguyen Thi Bay.
